Frozen snot
Well, we did it. 5 DFMC New York runners, along with 4,995 other lunatics tackled the Manhattan Half Marathon today at 8am. When I left the house at 6:30am, the temperature read 14 degrees. ouch. As many of you know, this evening marked the official start to my training. I met with 5 other DFMC runners who live in NYC for dinner and it was such a delight.
