20!!

There’s a moment each year (I say that like I’ve done this a lot..) when you hit 20 miles and you think, “Damn. I’ve made it.” I made my way up to Boston this past weekend for my first group training run with the DFMC team. The weather was perfect - 50 degrees - and the course was a gorgeous reservoir woods run. It was so much fun to see old friends and fellow runners. The DFMC crew is just incredible.

After 3 hours and 8 minutes, I hit “end workout” on my iPod and called it a day. 20.58 miles. holy. cow.

I don’t remember feeling this good last year. I feel good. In fact, I feel great. 5 weeks and counting! So excited.
