Excuses excuses
As you may (or may not) have noticed, this blog has not been updated in (holy buckets) nearly 3 weeks. Below are possible excuses for not updating my training blog - I decided it’d be more fun to leave it up to you to decide which stories you’d like to believe.
1. I have been barricaded under 37 inches of snow, and because of the big storm, all Internet/Cable services have been out of service.
2. I hurt myself and had to take a 2 week break. Had I chosen to write about my ‘training’ over the course of those two weeks, one would have likely have assumed I was training for the Coney Island National Hot Dog Eating contest this Summer.
3. I have been on a massive amount of hot, steamy dates, and have, therefore, been too busy to write.
4. I have been out of the country seducing foreign men and working on my tan - sorry, stories not appropriate for a charity blog!
5. My sister was in town and we were too busy eating whipped cream out of the can, hosting slumber parties, shopping, and having pillow fights.

7. I was in Boston at a DFMC fundraising Pub Crawl, covering 6 bars on Boylston (the last 1/2 mile of the Marathon) and I still haven’t recovered from my hangover.
8. I fired my Ghost Writer. I felt he/she didn’t represent my petite, femine self, likely costing me dates, status and (gasp) readership!
9. I suck as a human being
10. I injured myself and spent the last two weeks healing, sleeping, stretching, lifting weights, and staying off my feet. BORING.
